Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC)

Red Fortress Property Management Company was awarded the 4th CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) in the country in 1996. This designation was given by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Please see the substantial checklist that we were audited on. Industry Educator and Excellence in Business

Red Fortress was also awarded Industry Educator as well as Excellence in Business Performance by the Leading Property Managers Association (LMPA) from 2020-2023. LMPA is an association for property managers based in Australia and has international members throughout the world. Red Fortress was one of the top-performing companies in the United States.

Master Property Manager (MPM) and Resident Professional Manager (RMP)

Michael McVety has qualified for the highest individual personal designation you can obtain in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). The Master Property Manager designation involves field experience, specific property management coursework, and many hours involved in the property management industry to assist your peers.

An MPM designation can only be completed after getting the RMP (Resident Management Professional) designation, which involves similar (but less) criteria.

Michael McVety qualified for his RMP designation, the initial designation needed before obtaining an MPM, which has different course work, separate voluntary involvement in the property management industry and experience.
